I posted my post-workout protein shake a couple weeks ago, but it really just had too much going on. Not ideal for people who are short on time and have super busy lives!
Here’s a much easier protein shake that will save you time:
What you’ll need:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop whey protein
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
All you gotta do is blend them together!
Of course, you can definitely add any other fruit you’d like. However, when you don’t have fresh fruit readily available, this is perfect and really easy! I’ll definitely be buying frozen strawberries for my smoothies from now on 🙂
