My name is Grace, and I am passionate about anything health-related. The purpose of this blog is to help people gain a better understanding of how to eat better, feel better, get healthy, and be more fit. I want to motivate people. I’m open to ideas and suggestions on what to write about, so please contact me if you’d like me to write about something!
A little background: I started running in high school because I was 40 pounds overweight, but then I really developed a passion for it. When I went to college, I started running the perimeter of my school (about 3 miles) every day, then moved on to a larger perimeter (about 5 miles). Running became part of my daily routine. I tried to train for a marathon, but during a practice run, I almost died of an asthma attack on the 8th mile. I now just incorporate running into my gym routine, and I pair that with strength training.
I’m not a fitness expert, but I love working out, trying new workouts, and learning new things. I like to challenge myself to see what I am capable of, and this has been the key factor in keeping me motivated. 🙂 Thanks for reading!
