Fitness Goals

  • Try a yoga class
  • Be able to do a handstand walk
  • Become more flexible
  • Tone up my arms
  • Have toned abs
  • Be able to do at least 15 pullups
  • Try a martial arts class

Completed goals:

  • Take crossfit classes
  • Take kickboxing classes
  • Run a 10K race
  • Do pullups (unassisted)
